 1.   Unpacking your belongings in the preferred room

To make sure your items arrive safely and undamaged, we employ reliable delivery crews.

Our drivers will transport your new appliance to the room of your choosing, unpack it, give you time to inspect it for damage before requesting a signature, and then remove all of the wrapping. This is all part of the excellent service.

2. Damaged/ Missing/ Wrong items

All of our shipments arrive in perfect shape, on schedule, just after they leave our warehouse. But things can be bumped around during shipping, and while the packaging is usually the only thing that gets destroyed, sometimes the contents inside get damaged as well. Now and then, items are lost or misdirected in transportation.

The order may be refused and the item returned to the driver if the damage is discovered at the time of delivery. In case of damage discovered during delivery, this must be reported to Cute Kitchen Ltd IMMEDIATELY. No claims shall be accepted once the goods are under the customer’s possession.
